Before the work began, this 2012 Audi TT RS was no longer driving the way a true performance car should. The front and rear magnetic struts and shocks were worn out and struggling to do their job. On an Audi like this, Magnetic Ride is not a luxury feature. It is essential to handling, ride quality, and safety. As the suspension faded, so did confidence behind the wheel. To make matters worse, the owner was staring down an OEM repair estimate of $15,000 to $16,000 just to replace the struts and shocks.

Before the repair, this 2018 BMW 440i was quietly flirting with bigger problems. Pressure testing showed coolant residue and active seepage around the water pump housing, and the pump was no longer keeping proper flow. The scary part is nothing had fully lit up on the dash yet, which meant the owner was one hard drive away from overheating, reduced performance, or a much more expensive repair.

Before this service, the Jaguar F-Type was running like many performance cars do: high stress on its engine, transmission, and cooling systems, especially with spirited driving. The owner knew that without regular maintenance, the car could face decreased performance, premature wear, and expensive repairs.

Before this CLS550 arrived at the shop, the owner was dealing with a problem no Mercedes driver wants to wake up to — a car that sank down overnight. What should have been a smooth, confident ride had turned into a sagging suspension, uneven stance, and a growing concern that something deeper was failing.

Before this Evoque made its way into the shop, the owner was dealing with the kind of uncertainty no driver enjoys — a glowing check-engine light, multiple fault codes, and another shop pointing toward an expensive fuel-pump replacement. The SUV wasn’t idling right, felt off, and was clearly asking for help, but the real cause wasn’t yet clear.

Before this Cayenne rolled into the shop, the owner was already feeling the pressure of what can happen when maintenance gets pushed off—small leaks turning into big repairs, rough shifts hinting at transmission wear, and that nagging worry about whether the next drive might come with an unwelcome dashboard light. At Euro Auto Tech & Smog, we guided the owner through a simple, preventative plan.
